✅ TEAM CHECK-IN – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
To avoid confusion and ensure a smooth tournament experience, please read and understand the following:
✅ Team Credentials & Check-In
- NO Saturday morning check-in is required.
- Rosters have already been verified and approved through the GotSport system.
📄 MATCH SHEETS
- Teams must print their own match cards, just like for league games.
- Print three (3) copies per game.
- Provide all three copies to the referee prior to each game.
- Make sure you collect one match sheet from the referee after each game to keep for your record and to post scores.

📊 Score Reporting Reminder
Scores must be submitted after each match to ensure accurate standings and advancement.
After each game, scan the QR code located at the top-right corner of the official match card.
Enter Code: 2026
Input the final score and hit Submit — that’s it!
⚠️ Please note: Teams will not advance into Semifinal, Consolation, or Final rounds unless all scores for each match in their bracket have been properly submitted.
🔒 Roster Lock Deadline
- Rosters must be entered under “Summer Showcase” in GotSport by
Wednesday, January 7 at 9:00 PM - Rosters will lock on

🪪 Player ID Cards
- All player cards — including guest players — must be from the same governing body. Mixing cards is not allowed.
- Accepted Player Cards (2025–2026 season unless noted):
- USYS (All State Associations / Cal South)
- US Club Soccer / ECNL
- USSSA / EA
- AYSO
- Players must have laminated or Virtual/Digital ID cards ready for verification.
⚽ Roster Size Limits
- U6–U10 (2019–2016): Max 12 players
- U11–U12 (2015–2014): Max 16 players
- U13–U15 (2013–2011: Max 22 players (only 18 may be active per game)
