2021-2022 FALL Competitive/Club Program

This registration is for 2021 Fall Club/Competitive Programs

There is a TWO Step player Registration Process:

  • Players register to try-out for the Team/Program - need to wait for the Club email notification of "TEAM/TRY-OUT ACCEPTANCE".
  • Players that are accepted on the Team will receive a "TEAM/TRY-OUT ACCEPTANCE" email notification.
  • After player receives the "TEAM/TRYOUT ACCEPTANCE", Parent/Player needs log into the parent account to accept the player position on the team and complete the Registration checkout - Payment of the Membership FEE.

Returning Players that have a US Sports Connect Family Account:

  1. Log into the existing Family Account - US Sports Connect - Click Here to Start Registration
  2. Select the "2021 Fall Competitive/Club Programs"
  3. Select the Team/Coach Player played with for the 2020-2021 Season & complete the required information.
  4. If you are registering a younger age player to and older age team and do not see the team you are registering for please select " VIEW MORE" than select "2021 Fall Competitive/Club Programs" you should be able able to see all the teams available within the entire club. Select the team you are registering for and complete the tryout section and submit for review.
  5. Player registration will be reviewed by the club
  6. Players that are accepted on the Team will receive a "TEAM/TRY-OUT ACCEPTANCE" email notification.
  7. After player receives the "TEAM/TRYOUT ACCEPTANCE", Parent/Player needs log into the parent account to accept the player position on the team and complete the Registration checkout - Payment of the Membership FEE.

New Players - with no US Sports Connect Family Account: (See Registration Guide below for help creating a NEW Account)

  1. Create NEW Family Account - US Sports Connect - Click Here to Start Registration
  2. Add player(s) to Family Account
  3. Select the "2021 Fall Competitive/Club Programs"
  4. Select the Team/Coach Player Player has tryout for & complete the required information.
  5. If you are registering a younger age player to and older age team and do not see the team you are registering for please select " VIEW MORE" than select "2021 Fall Competitive/Club Programs" you should be able able to see all the teams available within the entire club. All NEW players to Anaheim FC are required to upload after player receives the "TEAM/TRYOUT ACCEPTANCE"

These must be UPLOADED during the FINAL Registration Process

  • Player most recent Photograph/Picture - Head Shot only
  • Player Birth Certificate, Passport, or Government issued I.D.
