TOURNAMENT DATES: August 13-14, 2022

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  Extended to August 3 - to complete some brackets

U8/2015 to U10/2013 - $575
U11/2012 to U14/2009 - $625
U15/2008 to U19/2004 - $750

The tournament is played under 2022-2023 Season age groups

The Anaheim FC Summer Showcase is open to all Boys & Girls U8/2015 - U19/2004. 

This tournament is unrestricted. Teams registered in good standing with any U.S. Soccer Federation affiliate are eligible to apply.”

The Tournament is Sanctioned by US Club Soccer & Cal South/US Youth Soccer.

Player ID Cards need to ALL be from the same National Association (i.e USYS-Cal South or US Club Soccer or AYSO) Player ID CARDS cannot be mixed. This includes guest players.

If you have guest players that need an ID Card for one the National Associations - USYS- Cal South, US Club Soccer or AYSO, contact your Club/Organization Registrar and ask them to Register the player in the National Association the Club is an Affiliate/Member with.

We accept the following ID cards:

Cal South Issued: 2021-2022 will expire 8/31/2022 and/or 2022-2023 Season

US Club Soccer issued: 2022-2023 Season only (2021-2022 ID Cards - NOT ACCEPTED expired 7/31/2022)

This is a tournament sanctioning rule and has to do with insurance. It is not just an Summer Showcase rule. 

Refunds will be made to all teams not accepted.

Requests for (DROPS) withdrawals from the tournament will only be accepted from Administrators (Contact Person or Coach) listed on the teams application for the tournament.

** Refunds provided to teams that drop prior to the deadline, will be assessed a $75.00 administrative fee.

Teams that drop after the July 31, 2022 deadline will forfeit their entire application fee.

U8/2015 & U10/2013 Age Groups play 7v7

U11/2012 & U12/2011 Age Groups play 9v9

U13/2010 to U19/2004 Age Groups play 11v11

Tournament Dates: The tournament will be held on August 13-14, 2022. The tournament spans two days with pool play Saturday and Sunday concluding with championship games Sunday afternoon.

Make-up Dates: August 20-21, 2022

Late Registration: Teams applying after July 31, 2022 will be accessed an additional $75.00 and will be placed on a waiting list.

Acceptance of any team that submits an application after the deadline is at the sole discretion of the tournament committee. Any late team that is not accepted will receive a full refund.

Loaned Players:  Unlimited loaned players will be allowed.                                                           

Maximum Roster Size:

  • U8/2015 & U10/2013 - 12 Players
  • U11/2012 & U12/2011 - 16 Players
  • U13/2010 & U14/2009 - 18 Players
  • U15/2008 - U19/2004 - 22 Players

Games: Each team is guaranteed a minimum of three (3) games.


  • U8/2015 & U10/2013 Age Groups play 7v7
  • U11/2012 & U12/2011 Age Groups play 9v9
  • 13/2010 to U19/2004 Age Groups play 11v11

Duration of preliminary games and semi-final games:

  • U8/2015 to U14/2009 games 50 minutes
  • U15/2008 to U19/2004 games 60 minutes

 Championship Games are as follows:

  • U8/2015 to U10/2013 ~ 50 minutes
  • U11/2012 to U12/2011 ~ 60 minutes
  • U13/2010 to U14/2008 ~ 70 minutes
  • U15/2008 to U16/2007 ~ 80 minutes
  • U17/2006 to U19/2004 ~ 90 minutes

Bracketing: It is the intent of the tournament to bracket in flights of 6, 8 or 12 teams. Variations may occur based on total teams entered or subsequent team drops.

Awards: Each participant will receive a tournament   pin.

The 2022 Anaheim FC Summer Showcase Award will be presented to the championship coach.

Medals: Champion and Finalist medals will be presented to those teams participating in the final match
