✅ Payment is required for your application to be considered.
✅ Payments must be made by credit card.
✅ Credit cards will not be charged until your team is accepted into the tournament.
✅ Completing registration does not guarantee acceptance.
✅ While we strive for equitable selection, the Tournament reserves full discretion on team acceptance. Flight requests are considered but not guaranteed.

💳 Gotsport Processing Fee:

• A $20 processing fee applies.

🚫 Cancellation Policy:

• No refunds will be issued once your team has been accepted.

Note: Your team will not be considered for acceptance until payment has been submitted.

💲 Tournament Fees

Late Registration Fee:
Teams registering after August 3, 2026 will be assessed an additional $75 and placed on a waiting list.
