✅ Team Credentials & Check-In

  • NO Saturday morning check-in is required.

  • Rosters will be verified and approved through the GotSport system through Wednesday, August 12 at 11:00 pm.

Roster Freeze

The official Roster Freeze Deadline is Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 12:00 pm.

At the roster freeze, the approved GotSport roster on file will become your team's official tournament roster.

After the roster freeze:

  • No players may be added to the roster.

  • Only players appearing on the approved roster will be eligible to participate.

  • Coaches and managers are encouraged to review their GotSport roster immediately to ensure all players and staff have been properly added and approved before the deadline.

PLAYER ID CARDS – ALL PLAYER ID CARDS MUST BE UPLOADED INTO THE ANAHEIM FC SUMMER SHOWCASE TEAM APPLICATION AS ONE (1) FILE

To upload the ID'S file please follow the below instructions

1.     Login your team gotsport account: https://system.gotsport.com

2.     Select "Team Management"

3.     Select "Registrations"

4.     Select "ANAHEIM FC SUMMER SHOWCASE"

5.     Select "Registration"

6.     Select "Registration Form Answers" – Select "EDIT"

7.     Upload ONE FILE with all players ID's - This Section only accepts one file - If you need add a new ID cards to your file you will need to rescan all the ID's.

🪪 Player ID Cards

  • All player ID cards — including guest players — must be from the same governing body. Mixing ID cards is not allowed.
  • Accepted Player Cards (2026–2027 season ONLY):
    • USYS (All State Associations / Cal South) 
    • US Club Soccer / ECNL
    • USSSA / EA
    • MLS NEXT (Official ROSTER with PICTURES and ID Numbers)
    • SAY
    • AYSO
  • Coach or Manager MUST have laminated or digital Player ID cards ready for verification if necessary.

⚽ Roster Size Limits

  • U6–U10 : Max 12 players
  • U11–U12 : Max 16 players
  • U13–U19 : Max 22 players (only 18 may be active per game)

📄 MATCH SHEET

  • Teams must print their own match sheet, just like for league games.
  • Print three (3) copies per game.
  • Provide all three copies to the referee prior to each game.
  • Make sure you collect one match sheet from the referee after each game to keep for your record and to post scores.

📊 Score Reporting

  • After each game, scan the QR code at the top-right corner of the correct match sheet.
  • Enter the score and hit submit — that’s it!
