✅ TEAM CHECK-IN – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

To avoid confusion and ensure a smooth tournament experience, please read and understand the following:

Team Credentials & Check-In

  • NO Saturday morning check-in is required.
  • Rosters will be verified and approved through the GotSport system.

 

PLAYER ID CARDS – ALL PLAYER ID CARDS MUST BE UPLOADED INTO THE ANAHEIM CUP TEAM APPLICATION AS ONE (1) FILE

To upload the Player ID'S file please follow the below instructions

1.     Login your team gotsport account: https://system.gotsport.com

2.     Select "Team Management"

3.     Select "Registrations"

4.     Select "ANAHEIM CUP"

5.     Select "Registration"

6.     Select "Registration Form Answers" – Select "EDIT"

7.     Upload ONE FILE with all players ID's - This Section only accepts one file - If you need add a new ID cards to your file you will need to rescan all the ID's.


📄 MATCH SHEETS

  • Teams must print their own match cards, just like for league games.
  • Print one (1) copy per game.
  • Provide one copy to the referee prior to each game.
  • Make sure you collect one match sheet from the referee after each game to keep for your record and to post scores.

📊 Score Reporting Reminder
Scores must be submitted after each match to ensure accurate standings and advancement.
After each game, scan the QR code located at the top-right corner of the official match card.
Enter Code: 2026
Input the final score and hit Submit — that’s it!
⚠️ Please note: Teams will not advance into Semifinal, Consolation, or Final rounds unless all scores for each match in their bracket have been properly submitted.


🔒 Roster Lock Deadline

  • Rosters must be entered under “Anaheim Cup” in GotSport by
    Wednesday, January 7 at 9:00 PM
  • Rosters will lock on
    Wednesday, January 7 at 9:00 PM

🪪 Player ID Cards

  • All player cards — including guest players — must be from the same governing body. Mixing cards is not allowed.
  • Accepted Player Cards (2025–2026 season unless noted):
    • USYS (All State Associations / Cal South) 
    • US Club Soccer / ECNL
    • USSSA / EA
    • SAY
    • AYSO
  • Players must have laminated or Virtual/Digital ID cards ready for verification.

Roster Size Limits

  • U6–U10 (2019–2016): Max 12 players
  • U11–U12 (2015–2014): Max 16 players
  • U13–U15 (2013–2011: Max 18 players
